In the first quarter of 2025, the top tycoon games on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights trends and insights into the top five games.

Township from Playrix experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $66.9K by the end of March. Downloads peaked at 121.4K in early January, but a downward trend was observed towards the quarter's end, with a final count of around 45.8K. Active users showed fluctuations, starting strong at 680.7K and slightly declining to 512.6K by the end of the quarter.

Farmington – Farm game by UGO Games saw consistent weekly revenue, beginning at $2.4K and rising to $3.6K by the end of March. Weekly downloads started at 30K, dipping mid-quarter, and recovering to 26.3K. Active users showed an increase from 72.7K to a peak of 89.9K in early March, before settling at 68.6K.

Island Hoppers: Farm Adventure from NEXTERS GLOBAL LTD had varied weekly revenue, reaching $2K by the end of March. Downloads showed a significant peak of 86.2K in early February, with active users reaching 171.4K during the same period before stabilizing at 88.6K.

Hay Day, developed by Supercell, experienced steady revenue, peaking at $29.9K in early March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 24.3K and reaching a high of 31.7K. Active users remained robust, starting and ending the quarter with over 600K.

My Cinema World from CrazyLabs LTD showed minimal revenue growth but had a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 27.5K in mid-March. Active users grew from 4.6K to nearly 69.7K by the end of the quarter.
